We all love our lives and work but it’s really important to balance on both areas so let’s take a journey of time management skill which turns your life from clutter to creativity.

Firstly we understand what’s the definition of “time management”?
The ability to use one’s time effectively or productively, especially at work.
EVERLASTING TO-DO LIST FOR GENERAL TIME MANAGEMENT
I mentioned especially everlasting instead of only the TO-DO list. If you have a habit of making a TO-DO list then it’s wonderful but if not then I would prefer to start immediately. The TO-DO list gives you a visual way of your schedule. You can’t remember all the works of the day according to their priority. So the TO-DO list helps you to avoid mess up.
Everlasting, it means you should not compromise at any cost with your everlasting schedule once you will start to adjust it will become your habit, so think for a thousand times before writing down but once it’s written, then you have to justify it by hook or crook.
Make sure for your TO-DO list that it has to cover all the important tasks, daily tasks and monthly tasks.
DAILY TASKS: Things you have to finish by day no matter how long it will take.
WEEKLY TASKS: In this schedule, you have more things to do but in a week not in a day,
For example, grocery, monthly bill payments, parent-teacher meeting ( if you have kids so), family get together etc. these tasks you can manage easily if you are aware of the above event’s date. But to get success in your weekly tasks you have to adjust in advance with your daily tasks or you can shuffle with less important tasks from your daily schedule.
MONTHLY TASKS: Here you have many more things to do in a month along with your daily and weekly schedule. The most important thing to do is to spare some time on each day for unexpected tasks if there is no work then in that slot you can do your monthly task like upcoming new projects, suppose you have personal growth targets, you are studying for promotion etc.
So each day from your daily tasks you have to spare some time for upcoming work which is going to enlighten your future.
Time blocking is when you make a TO-DO list. You just mentioned the things to do by so and so time but here entrepreneurs make huge differences themselves with others, they block the time for every task.
Entrepreneurs make their TO-DO list like above, they specify a time for specific work. They don’t spend a long time for meetings and in meetings also only work-oriented conversations no meaningless talk.
So in future, if you conduct any meeting then all employees should know the agenda of the meeting.
START YOUR DAY WITH……
Start your day with “the most important things”. It is necessary to start your day with the most important things of your TO-DO list.
Once I tried to do important work, later on, believe me, that was one of my stupid decision. When I finished my less important tasks first and by the time I came to the most important tasks, I had lost my fresh morning energy and when I had to focus more efficiently that time I was struggling.
So, friends, this is my humble request to you to give more preferences to the most important tasks only. A perfect beginning of the day is the strongest step of time management.
Work ethic is the most essential and treasured habit for your career and character.
As you know, work is worship then work ethic is the fragrance of your worship. You must know the value of success but don’t forget that your work ethic is one of the steps towards success.
LET’S HAVE A LOOK ON GOOD QUALITY OF “WORK ETHIC PEOPLE”?
❇️ They start their day by cleaning the table like arrangements of the things to their respective places, keep the most essential things close so during the work process to avoid distractions.
❇️ Once they’ll sleeves up and start their TO-DO list they don’t stop till the time list gets over positively.
❇️ Work ethic believers don’t leave their work for tomorrow. They believe in today, it’s now or never mentality.
❇️ They avoid multitasking. One thing at a time.
❇️ They value their work more than anything, that’s why they don’t squabble over meaningless matters either in social or professional life.
❇️ They finish their day with introspection to keep tomorrow smoother.
If you have some of the good qualities above mentioned then it’s great if not then start applying work ethic people’s quality to add value for your life.
Remember, there is no perfect age or proper time to “LEARN”. The journey of learning begins as you start.
POSITIVE ENERGY IS IMMENSELY INFECTIOUS
Positivity brings positivity. It doesn’t matter if you are filthy rich or dirty poor but your positive attitude is a hope for beating any hurdles.
Positivity energy is as infectious as negative energy. It’s up to you to attract either positive or negative energy.
If you have an eye on your life in this case you may decide which energy you should attract, and you will choose the positive energy. But when you don’t have enough control over your life in this case life has a right to decide which energy should go with you and life decides according to your surrounding state of mind. In short, if you are sad you will feel negative and if you are happy you will be positive. So stop becoming a slave of your own life, take a charge and hold the strings to control it.
If you flew the kites then you must know the power of a string. Don’t lose your strings and don’t let anyone control your life.
MINIMIZES YOUR DISTRACTIONS
If your work is not important for you then distractions will no longer be distractions for you. We all have smartphones and many accounts on many social apps, so it’s expected to continuously receive many notifications which easily distract you.
For example, for your work purpose you unlocked mobile and there you see many notifications and missed calls etc. immediately you will reply for missed calls and as you open the notifications there you get to know about your best friend’s birthday, marriage anniversary etc. and eventually you will miss the point that “why did I unlock my mobile”?
In this digital era technology serves you lots of things even if you don’t want to. They provide you with lots of entertaining stuff, they consume your time and fill their pockets. If you are getting disturbed in your work with the notifications of information and entertainment no matter even if you subscribed but those are also distractions.
Find out your distractions and distract your distractions to concrete your time management skill.
FIGURE OUT YOUR WASTE OF TIME
We waste lots of time either knowingly or unknowingly, let me come to the point directly, recall your yesterday and figure out with this question “where and how you have been spending your time” then you will get the correct answer. You might notice some symptoms of procrastination.
The simple thing you should add value to your time and it will be valuable.
Start your day with meditation, it will give the peace which helps you to focus on your work.
Meditation makes you a flawless river instead of a noisy ocean.
If you throw a brick into the ocean it doesn’t make any difference but if you throw a pebble into the river it foams in ripples.
So, do meditation and be like a river because if you’re noisy like the ocean that means you’re having lots of thoughts in your mind which don’t register all actions, you might miss some important opportunities.
So, just stay calm like a river, if you are calm from inside you will notice each and everything without fail.
Exercise is the most essential part of our life, it keeps you younger, active, healthy etc. there are very few people aware of this that exercise keeps our brain as active as our body.
You do time management to finish your work in time, what if you’re not well, will you be able to give your best?
Love your body as you love your work and family. And workout for 30 minutes at least 4 times in a week.
There are many reasons for your hard work and food is one of them. I know junk food is yummy and tasteful but it’s not good if not in limit. Your body says many things about your diet.
You wouldn’t imagine how much sugar we consume in cold drinks. There are lots of calories in junk food which kicks you towards obesity and obesity is the main door of many problems to throw you in permanent diseases like knee pain, back pain, ankle pain, high blood pressure, low blood pressure, diabetes etc.
Just go with healthy food over to junk food. Don’t be a slave of tongue, be the king of staying young.
Sleep is not just important but mandatory and undeniably for everyone. If you love your work then believe me improper sleep may ruin your career. Less sleep is the enemy of creativity and the beginning of many diseases.
Sleep means a sound sleep 💤 which gives you not only physical rest but also mental.
You might compromise with anything but don’t compromise your sleep at the cost of anything.
You all have a laptop, personal computer or mobile and these devices get slower in case of many, files, applications etc. so “what do you do”? You figure out useless data, files, applications and trash them. Same as, you have to introspect before going to bed.
Just simply find out that “whom did you hurt” the whole day? What was your action even you also didn’t like? Something that you didn’t mean but you did?
In short, just scan your whole day and don’t carry forward any grudges, baggages or any rebellious and negative feelings. Delete them today before you step into the next beautiful, bright and fresh morning.
