We all love our work more than anything but it happens that we fail to manage all the work due to lack of time management. TO – DO list is the oxygen of time management but without your discipline it’s worthless.

DO YOU FOLLOW YOUR TO – DO LIST?
As I said earlier that your TO -DO list is an oxygen of your work life. If you are dedicated to your goal but still you are helpless to manage your TO – DO list then, believe me, you love something more than your goal.
You make your schedule to manage and organise your work but still you are struggling then figure out the distractions and work on them first.
When you are habituated to not following TO – DO list then it will be meaningless to have a schedule and that’s the beginning of miss management.
When you love something over your work then your mind forces you to procrastinate.
Procrastination is nothing but your love for someone or something which doesn’t allow you to focus on your career, goal and dream.
So procrastinate your procrastination and roll up the sleeves, eventually, your hard work is going to make your career better.
I don’t say that multitasking is harmful but it’s not even helpful. You need to be an expert in multitasking, if not then leave it because very few people are good at multitasking and the secret behind this skill is the stronger and focused time management.
We all do work but if we do effectively it will take less time and give better results.
Do your work with complete confidence and concentration instead of hard work and passion.
If you keep improving your work skill then gradually you will be a master of your work.
Remember every master was a beginner someday.
BEING BUSY MAY CAUSE YOUR CREATIVITY
If you are a busy employee of a multinational company, where you’re having a handsome salary but due to heavy loads of work you’re continuously failing to give your best and as you realize that your creativity is vanishing which directly affects your work.
And when your work gets affected then the whole time management is going to disturb.
CONTROL YOUR MIND
Our mind is like a monkey which doesn’t sit at any place for a long time, so we have to control it before the situation gets out of control.
Many people who have no control on their mind because their mind is not just like a monkey but restless monkey, whatever the situation is there but we must have control our mind before our mind will take all the charge, if it happens then we will be slave of mind which desires anything and we jump here and there to get it.
MINIMIZE INTERRUPTIONS AND DISTRACTIONS
Nowadays we all have many unwanted interruptions and distractions. We are living in a society where it’s so simple to connect with anyone at any time.
There is a simple method to control these problems, you need to design your day and stick to your schedule which is more important than others.
No social media visitation during work, make your work ethic rules to make your life brighter and enlighten.
KNOW YOUR BAD HABITS
We all have some kind of bad habits but when it’s out of limit then it’s too dangerous for your life and work.
For example, if you are a chain smoker then it’s tough for you to control your temptation during working hours and if you can control then it’s hard to concentrate. In this case, you should prefer anti-tobacco supplements or read books which help you to get rid of smoking addiction.
NOT TAKING BREAKS
We all take breaks during work but majorly we make these two mistakes.
1. No use of mobile during breaks working hours.
During break time we use our mobile and connect to people instead of getting appropriate breaks, while visiting social media we like few things and we don’t like many things and the influences of your break time directly or indirectly affect your work. So, I strictly advise you to stay away from gadgets during the break of working hours.
If mobile use is necessary for work purposes then turn off your all notifications and use mobile for professional calls only.
2. A perfect time for a break.
We all take breaks when we are really tired and drained our energy. But it is not good for your work and health point of view.
You must be precise for break time, don’t wait for nature calls or exhaustive moments. It’s like when your petrol tank will get empty then you search for petrol to fill it up. Do we do that?. Of course not, there we all are taking care in advance then why not for your health?.
SLEEP, HEALTH AND DIET
Your sleep is the soul of your working hours and sleep means sound sleep. Sleep well and work well.
We all know the benefits of exercise but we are not serious about mental health, that’s the fact.
If we love our health as we love our wealth then believe me your life will be balanced.
